It is 11:15 AM. I an sitting in front of their office, OPEN sign in the door, door locked. The phone goes to the answering service. Left number. No response. Only rated them one star because zero was available Dr Graham contacted me shortly after the first posting. She met me at her office and worked for 30 minutes to try to resuscitate my hearing aids. She did a very good job and made time for me. I live in Colorado and am visiting Ohio on vacation. My hearing aids failed while on vacation. After my encounter I would absolutely reccomend Dr Graham for folks needing hearing assistance.

I have had an issue with compacted earwax preventing me from hearing as well and just constantly being an issue for years. I tried all the over the counter stuff and take my advice, skip all that and all the procrastination and just set up an appointment here for ear cleaning. Costs less and they had me in super quick and ears cleaned before my appointment was even scheduled to start. 5 stars all around.
